Date and time	Saturday 7 October 2023 from 10:00 to 10:30 (subject to change) Doors open at 9:20 Please be seated at least 10 minutes before the ceremony begins.
Venue	Clock Tower Centennial Hall Building [3] on the Main Campus Map
Students to be invited	Those who entered/proceeded to a master's, doctoral, or professional degree program in autumn 2023

Other	Attendees will be asked to present their student ID cards when entering the venue. The ceremony will be live-streamed at: FY2023 Autumn Graduate School Entrance Ceremony Please note that in addition to live-streaming the ceremony, Kyoto University may publish videos and images from the event on its websites, pamphlets, and other media. The University appreciates your understanding. Formal attire is not required, but attendees are asked to dress appropriately for the occasion. Only one family member per student will be allowed into the hall, where the ceremony will be streamed live. Please note, however, that seating is limited and the entrance will be closed as soon as capacity is reached. To avoid crowding, family members are asked to consider watching the ceremony via the link above instead of from the hall. Those who have a fever, respiratory symptoms, or otherwise feel unwell on the day of the ceremony are requested to refrain from attending. Graduate School contact information
