Safety Confirmation System
It is a system to quickly confirm the safety of Kyoto University's students, faculty, and staff members when a large earthquake or other disaster occurs. All KU's students, faculty, and staff members are required to report their safety status through the system in case of an emergency.
Notice
- The new safety confirmation system (ANPIC) has been in operation since Wednesday 1 March 2023.
- Kyoto University will conduct a university-wide safety registration drill on Thursday 8 June 2023.
- Due to server maintenance, the safety confirmation system will be out of service on the following dates and times:
- Thursday 13 June 2024, 10:00-12:00 (planned)
- Monday 24 June 2024, about 5 hours between 10:00 and 17:00

In addition to the above link, safety registration can be reported without a login ID and password from the URL of the email received in the event of an emergency.
