Lending of equipment for extracurricular activities
The university can lend the following equipment to officially recognized organizations for their daily extracurricular activities. To use, apply in advance to the Extracurricular Activities Office, Student Affairs Division, Academic Affairs Department.
Lendable equipment
Tents, long tables, tubular chairs, portable loudspeakers, microphone sets, video projectors, overhead projectors, slide projectors, video cameras, tripods, screens, blackout curtains, drum cords, etc.
Certificate for student group discount for railway fairs
Student groups comprising at least 8 students and a faculty member travelling for extracurricular activities by JR (all of whom travel on the same route from the same starting point to the same destination, all the way with the same members) can buy discount tickets for student groups. Fill in a group travel application form (to be obtained from a travel agent) and a request for certificate issuance (of the university) and apply to the Extracurricular Activities Office, Student Affairs Division, Academic Affairs Department.
Certificates for extracurricular activities
When you need any other certificates for extracurricular activities (for example, a certificate for using a golf course), please consult the Extracurricular Activities Office, Student Affairs Division, Academic Affairs Department.
Attention
Parking in the West Campus is allowed only for such purposes as extracurricular activities of Kyoto University students and delivery to cooperative shops. Do not park a vehicle for any other purposes.
