  1. At a post office, please submit the transfer request form as it is.
  2. At a bank, please be sure to fill in the transfer request form before submission, entering the payee's name, the name of the bank and its branch office specified by the payee, and the payee's bank account number.
  3. Identify verification at financial institutions.
