2009 Kyoto University President Award ceremony held

The Kyoto University President Award recognizes students and student organizations that have conducted noteworthy academic, extracurricular, social and other activities and by doing so, redounded to the honor of Kyoto University. The ceremony for the 2009 award was held.

This year, four students and four organizations, a total of eight recipients, were carefully selected from 28 recommendations received.

Recipients were given award certificates and commemorative gifts by President Hiroshi Matsumoto, along with words of encouragement.
