On 24 May 2022, Student Lounge KIZUNA hosted a manga and anime presentation contest online as part of its monthly event series.
Facilitated by KIZUNA's student tutors, the event provided participants with an opportunity to try and convey the charm of their favorite manga and anime titles while deepening their mutual cultural understanding. Each participant gave a passionate presentation describing favorite scenes, exchanges, characters, and related merchandise. The tutors, on their part, introduced some works set in Kyoto.
The session went smoothly and at a relaxed pace, with everyone having fun and making new friends from across the world.
