'KI-ZU-NA's December event is a workshop, "Let's Experience 'Ikebana' -- Japanese Flower Arrangement". Ikebana is a traditional art that was born in Kyoto's Higashiyama area approximately 500 years ago. There are several different styles for Ikebana, but all of them are rooted in a traditional Japanese worldview. Mr Meisyu Hasegawa, the instructor, is a graduate of Kyoto University's Faculty of Agriculture. Both beginners and experienced practitioners are sure to benefit from his thorough instruction. The organizers are looking forward to your participation.
