Student Lounge KIZUNA presents 'Shichimi' Blending Workshop

KIZUNA's July event is a shichimi blending workshop at the Kyoto Handicraft Center, located within walking distance of Kyoto University's main campus.

Shichimi (seven-flavor chili pepper) is a common Japanese spice mixture containing seven ingredients. Workshop participants will blend seven flavor herbs and spices as they like to make their original shichimi, and take it home in a bamboo cylinder as a souvenir.

This will be a great opportunity to experience traditional Japanese food culture and make new friends.
