This program aims to contribute to the development of more resilient societies facing pressures to adapt to the effects of climate change. Following up on a previous project, named "Consortium for International Human Resource Development for Disaster-Resilient Countries", and built upon Kyoto University's traditional performance in Asia, as well as its vocation for field-orientated education, this initiative constitutes a bidirectional education and research program targeting undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students.
