The 'KIZUNA' event for September is a Uji-Temari class taught by professional instructors.
Temari (Traditional Japanese hand ball) are highly valued and cherished gifts, symbolizing deep friendship and loyalty, and wishing good luck. Filled with both the craftsman's gentle spirit and skill, Temari are believed to bestow happiness. The brilliant color and threads used also are symbolic of wishing the recipient a brilliant life.
In this workshop, you can make a Temari keyring.
We look forward to seeing you there.
