UPDATE (18 January 2019): Deadline for poster submissions extended until Thursday 31 January 2019
Kyoto University is home to a rich community of field biologists. The upcoming symposium, featuring seven leading researchers of Asian biodiversity, aims to bring these biologists together across departmental and disciplinary boundaries for interaction and networking.
Interdisciplinary approaches can yield intriguing and innovative outcomes, and may be critical to untangling the mysteries of complex natural ecosystems. The organizers hope that this event will spark many fresh encounters across disciplines and countries.
All those interested are welcome to attend.
