Joint International Economic Symposium on Innovation, Strategy, and Survivability for East Asian Firms in the Globalized World
Thu 01 Feb 2018
Foreign direct investment from Japan has played a major role in the rapid economic development of East Asia, while economic globalization and technological progress have changed regional competition and income distribution.
What strategies and policies are needed in this environment to promote innovation, economic growth, firm survival, and narrowing of development gaps?
This symposium will explore these challenges from academic, industrial, and policy perspectives.
