CiRA Director Yamanaka receives the Nobel Prize Medal and Diploma (December 11, 2012)

 

Director Shinya Yamanaka of the Center for iPS Cell Research and Application (CiRA), Principal Investigator of the Institute for Integrated Cell-Material Sciences (iCeMS), received the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2012 at the Nobel Prize Award Ceremony which was held at the Stockholm Concert Hall in Sweden.

CiRA Director Yamanaka received the Nobel Prize Medal and Diploma from His Majesty the King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden.

Following the prize ceremony, CiRA Director Yamanaka attended the Nobel Banquet at the Stockholm City Hall.
