President Matsumoto socializing with

President Hiroshi Matsumoto attended a regular gathering of Euro Rakuyukai in London and spoke with local participants.
The gathering was attended by about twenty members, including Director Kozo Hiramatsu from JSPS London (1969 graduate from the Faculty of Engineering) and other graduates in leading positions within the fields of academia, finance, electronics, and so on.
Following a speech by President Hiroshi Matsumoto, Director Toshio Nomura (specially appointed professor at the Office of Society-Academia Collaboration for Innovation) from Kyoto University's European Representative Office proposed a toast. Other participants then introduced themselves. The members enjoyed a lively exchange of views and information with the president, and the gathering ended on a happy note.
