Professor Shintaro Kobayashi has been reelected as the next Dean of the Hall of Global Environmental Research and the School of Global Environmental Studies

The professors council of the Hall of Global Environmental Research has reelected Professor Shintaro Kobayashi as the next Dean of the Hall of Global Environmental Research and the School of Global Environmental Studies. The term is for one year and six months, starting on October 1, 2010.
