Graduation certificate / Transcript
Graduation certificate and Transcript are issued at Student affairs office of each Faculty/Graduate school. Please submit the request form for issuance referring website given below since most offices do not accept request by telephone.

Certificate of Degree conferment / Master's degree / Master (Professional) degree / Doctoral degree
Certificate of Degree conferment is issued at Educational Planning Division, Student Affairs Department.
<Request within Japan>: Please make signature and seal on “Request form for Certificate of Degree conferment” downloaded from the website below. Send it to Educational Planning Division, Student Affairs Department by mail with a self-addressed envelope with a stamp on it for return. It will take approximately 3 business days to issue certificates either in Japanese or in English.
<Request from abroad>: Please fill and make signature on “Request form for Certificate of Degree conferment” downloaded from the website below. Send it to Educational Planning Division, Student Affairs Department by mail with a self-addressed envelope with an international reply coupon for return. ( The international reply coupon is available to purchase in all countries. One coupon is equivalent to nearly 130yen.) It will take approximately 3 business days to issue certificates either in Japanese or in English. Please request it in advance so as to avoid delay in international postal delivery.
