Notification to Students

Administration offices post notices concerning students on their bulletin boards, and upon posting, notices are considered delivered.Generally, all notifications are in Japanese. Students are individually responsible for checking the bulletin board regularly to get accurate, up-to-date information.

Recently, students have fallen victim to identity theft by individuals who falsely posed as KyotoUniversity staff to get the victim's address and phone number.Since KyotoUniversity does not make such inquiries over the phone, students are advised never to give away their personal information.

In the case of contact address change, students must report it both to their faculty/graduate school offices and the Foreign Student Division immediately.
