Admission Info

No additional registration is required for the members of the alumni associations listed on the "Faculty/Department Alumni" and "Regional/Other Alumni" pages of the Kyoto University Alumni website. If you are a graduate of an undergraduate or graduate course of Kyoto University but are not a member of any of those alumni associations, or if you are/were a faculty member of Kyoto University, apply from here.

Fill out the Application for Membership form (for individual members) and send it to the Secretariat.

We will confirm your identification based on the information provided.

When the procedure has been completed, you will be notified by mail.
